Upon doing business with Plush Buttons, you agree to all of these terms of service. Please be sure to read through them!
Payment and Shipping
Handpaw only, Feetpaw only, and Tail only commission payment is due at the time of purchase. No progress nor materials will be processed until this payment is received. All other commissions will entail an upfront 30% non-refundable down payment due a week after commission acceptance and invoice are sent out. No progress nor materials will be processed until this payment is received. For qualifying commissions, the remaining 70% commission balance shall be paid off within six months of the initial payment in weekly or bi-weekly payments. If more time is needed, an agreement between Plush Buttons and the commissioner must be made on a different payment plan. If full payment is not received within the time frame given and/or agreed upon, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. No product will be delivered until a full payment is received.
Shipping costs vary based on commission type, size of the fursuit, and any additional items purchased with the suit (sandals, extra parts, etc). It is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay shipping costs. US shipping cost typically run anywhere from $30-$200. International shipping is an option, but it is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay international shipping as well as fees that may be associated with it such as customs. Plush Buttons is not responsible for any losses or damages once the product leaves our facility. It is recommenced clients opt to purchase insurance if they are concerned about the product being lost or damaged in the mail.

Deadlines
Deadlines and completion estimate dates are not guaranteed. Due to the unpredictability of life events, delays in work may occur from time to time. Please be understanding and patient. Failure to conform to a payment plan, delay in shipping duct tape dummy, and/or delay in responding to approval messages may cause a project to be pushed back.
Reference Sheets
A digital reference with at least 2 turnarounds and/or a clear front and back view of markings must be provided to be considered for a quote. Badges and miscellaneous drawings are considered insufficient references and if provided in lieu of a reference may result in incorrect patterning/markings (Should this occur given an insufficient reference, Plush Buttons is not responsible for incorrect or missed markings and reserves the right to serve an additional fee to accommodate unplanned changes. The character’s design is considered final once the first payment is made. Minor changes may be made prior to patterning being approved, but may incur an additional fee. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee to accommodate any changes made after the first payment is received.
Returns, Refunds, and Customer Satisfaction
If a suit arrives not fitting or a major sewing flaw is present with the suit, the commissioner may send it back for repair at Plush Button's cost, provided the suit has not been worn outside of trying it on. In this case, the suit must be shipped for repair by a method approved by me within two weeks of the original delivery date and I will ship the repaired suit at my cost at the completion of the repairs. If suit issues arise after more than 3 outings, the buyer is then responsible for payment of shipping and potential repair costs. It is highly recommend that commissioner examines their suit as soon as it is received to identify any fitting or major sewing flaws within the product,
Multiple work in progress photos will be sent for approval at major steps in the creation process. Minor changes at these times are welcomed and will not incur an additional fee. However, changes requested after approval to move forward may incur an additional fee or may be denied as it would incur more labor the further the building process goes. Customers not satisfied with a product are not subject to any refund due to repair services being offered alongside a step by step approval process in the creation. Those unsatisfied with their commissions who choose to resell will receive help in advertising from Plush Buttons which includes promoting the sale on our page.
Plush Buttons reserves the right to terminate a commission given any of the following events: Defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, and/or violating the rights of myself and/or others.

Age Requirement
Plush Buttons does not work with individuals under the age of 16. I reserve the right to ID a commissioner at any point in the commission process to verify age if necessary. For those under 16, Plush Buttons can work through parents.
Duct Tape Dummy
A duct tape dummy is required for any commissions involving a bodysuit. A proper duct tape dummy for Plush Buttons to work off of consists of a dummy that: reaches the base of your neck, ends of your wrists, and the bottom of your ankles. The duct tape dummy must be received in a timely manner so that the commission can be worked on promptly (typically within 1-2 months of paying the 30% down payment).
